REQUEST A 2026 CALENDAR

Most cultures have some way of marking the start of a year. Think;

Different names, same instinct as the idea is the same. YOU to choose how YOU want to live the year, rather than letting it happen to you.

For a long time, I found traditional New Year’s resolutions didn’t really work for me. They were easy to delay, easy to forget, and often focused on outcomes rather than effort. What did work was choosing one meaningful commitment each year. something big enough to shape how I used my time and energy.

  • Sometimes that commitment was physical.
  • Sometimes it was quieter.
  • What mattered was that it gave the year a direction.

It was however only recently that I discovered the term Misogi and it pretty much sums up what i have been doing for the past decade. This is because (and) roughly speaking, it’s a once-a-year challenge. Something deliberately uncomfortable, slightly intimidating, and meaningful enough to change how you see yourself. Not a habit. Not a resolution. A line drawn through the year.

Why a wall calendar?

A few years ago, I started printing my entire year on a single A0 sheet and putting it on the wall.

Not as decoration but as a tool. this is because when its there, up and in your face you notice things.

  • How small and how big the year actually is
  • You see the empty weeks
  • You see where effort actually goes
  • You see patterns forming over time
  • It becomes much harder to lie to yourself about how you’re spending your energy.

That single sheet did more for my focus than any app or habit tracker ever did.

The 2026 calendar

I’ve turned that personal system into something I can share with you for free: A personalised 2026 wall calendar with

  • Your name on it
  • The entire year on one page
  • Designed to be printed and lived with
  • There’s no automation, no subscription, and no catch.
  • I send it because I think having a visible plan matters.

How it works

  • You fill out a short form with your name and email
  • I generate your personalised 2026 calendar
  • You receive a PDF the next day, ready to print at any size you like

You’ll need to print it yourself. I include printing notes (based on what I’ve found works in the UK), but you’re free to use whatever printer or format suits you.

Why it’s free

Because the hardest part isn’t the calendar.
It’s deciding what the year is for.

If this helps you choose something worth organising a year around physical, personal, relational, or something else entirely that feels like enough and so, If you’d like one, you can generate your 2026 calendar below.

It all starts with making the year visible.
