Mercer Moves

Mercer Harmonise is a digital platform which I was actually involved in from conception to client roll out while working for Mercer UK (2016-2020.) My responsibilities focussed primarily as the lead Voluntary Proposition / Product owner. Then as the product developed I joined the UI / UX teams as we competed globally for users again the well establish tech giants.
The idea behind the platform was to allow users (employees) to connect their own health apps / data, including Fitbit, Runkeeper, Garmin in one place. The breakthrough for employees was achieved through the new Health dashboard where users could gain deeper insights into their physical and emotional health, whilst setting health goals and having access to helpful tips on how to achieve them. Employees can compare their health data to medically accepted norms and receive personalised nudges tailored to their lifestyle, giving users clear and engaging guidance on making the best choices for themselves from their employer employees benefits offering.

Additional ideas were to create a suite of company wide challenges/ Activities known as MercerMoves. The first of which was 5km/10km run in Hyde park, London ( Picture below) and has subsequently grown to now the become Mercer Surrey Half Marathon
